As a customer support executive, you will be responsible for resolving customers' queries related to order, account, delivery, payment, return, refund, and other general queries. Depending on the process you are assigned to, you could take customer conversations via call, chat, or a mix of both. All interactions must be done in a polite way and must provide correct information as per company guidelines.
Selected candidates will be trained before being introduced to live customers. The training includes company policies, communication standards, customer handling techniques, and the tools that are used in daily work. Freshers who are good at communication and have a desire to learn are welcome to apply.
Candidates in this role should be comfortable communicating in Hindi but confident in using English to communicate with customers and within the team. Candidates should have basic knowledge of computers, typing speed, and the ability to work independently from home.
