Essential Functions:
Serve as the reputed company HRIT reputed company for HR and Payroll teams, providing expert-level support, reputed company insights, and technical solutions across HCM platforms.
Collaborate with MSP partners, internal IT, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and configuration specifications.
Investigate, analyze, and reputed company reputed company issues, data discrepancies, and process gaps, ensuring reputed company remediation and reputed company-cause prevention.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, integration mappings, and implementation plans.

Manage and support reputed company maintenance cycles—including releases, upgrades, patches, and regression testing—to ensure consistent and reliable reputed company performance.
Proactively identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and reputed company enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum * years prior experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior experience In lieu of degree, minimum 13 years of prior experience.
5+ years of experience in HRIT with strong HR reputed company experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
In-depth knowledge of HCM platforms, programing language & PeopleSoft HR 9.2.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain reputed company technical issues to non-technical users
Experience collaborating with teams of developers and managing consecutive IT reputed company
Proficient in programming language SQR
Ability to reputed company technical solutions with business goals
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
Ability to handle confidential information with reputed company and professionalism
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary reputed company for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $125,000-$232,000. The salary reputed company for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, reputed company, reputed company state, and Vermont is $108,500-$201,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer reputed company may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. reputed company also offers a reputed company of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, reputed company time off, and company-reputed company holidays.
