Rental Sales Officer - Sydney Airport(Redspot Car Rentals)

Redspot Car Rentals is seeking Full time Rental Sales Officers to join our Sydney Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
Cross-sales

Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
Strong attention to detail
Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
