Jetts Burntoak is looking for RENT FREE & motivated freelance Personal Trainers to join our team.
This is a FREELANCE POSITION – there is no salary. Trainers are paid directly by their clients. You run your own business from our facility.
We are looking for both rent-paying and rent-free PTs – flexible options to suit where you are in your PT career.
Employment Terms
• Freelance / self-employed role – no salary, you keep what you earn
• Trainers are paid directly by clients
• Options available for rent-paying or rent-free arrangements
• Weekly direct debit Premises Access Fees must be kept up to date
Key Qualifications (Must Have)
• ✅ Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
• ✅ Current Lever 3 PT Certificate Required
• ✅ Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness
• ✅ Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check (if not included in your Cert III)
Responsibilities
• Strive to ensure every member has an outstanding experience every time they enter the Club
• Own, follow and respect all Jetts values
• Be a positive, supportive team member
• Understand, follow and promote Jetts policies, procedures and operational standards
• Provide consistent, quality, high-service personal training sessions
• Provide quality, high-service Accelerate pack sessions
• Provide quality, high-service Orientations for new members
• Assist in ensuring the Club is clean and well presented at all times
• Participate in all Club team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Club Manager
• Actively engage and participate in Club events
• Complete and participate in FastTrack training and other training opportunities provided by Jetts Support Office
