Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize job boards, professional networks, and referrals to identify top talent for IT and non-IT roles.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
Salary Verification: Confirm salary expectations with candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Submission: Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and clients.
Feedback: Collect and provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
