Role Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Engage in cold calling and follow-up with leads to nurture relationships.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Present and demonstrate products and services effectively over virtual platforms.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos.
Assist in developing sales strategies to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain and expand client database within CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional post-sales support.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
Receive feedback from customers and provide insights for improvement.
Work with other team members to share best practices and sales techniques.
Participate in regular training and development sessions.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
Interest in sales or previous work experience in a customer-facing role.
A proactive attitude and self-motivated.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Exemplary interpersonal skills for building relationships.
A team player attitude with a collaborative spirit.
Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
