Day to Day

Review coverage options patiently so no family feels hurried.
Call households who requested information about their plan choices.
Explain each plan carefully and welcome every question.
Help families enroll once they are fully comfortable.
Give households space to think before they decide.
Note where each conversation left off for next time.
Qualifications

Calm and patient, even when calls run long.
Careful explainer who never rushes any family along.
Organized about tracking each and every open conversation.
Comfortable being on the phone for much of the day.
Eager to learn all coverage basics through provided training.
