Job Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual (English Spanish) Remote Medical Receptionist based in India, to assist a U.S.-based medical practice. The ideal candidate will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify patient information, and provide excellent customer service while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from patients and medical providers in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the practice's scheduling system.
Verify and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR).
Assist patients with inquiries about services, insurance, billing, and office policies.
Take accurate messages and escalate urgent calls to the appropriate staff.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (strong verbal and written communication skills).
Previous experience as a medical receptionist, call center representative, or in a similar customer service role preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and U.S. healthcare systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (U.S. business hours).
Occasional weekend availability may be required.
