Position : Relationship Executive / Sr. Relationship Executive

Role Details of Shriram Finance jobs in Sirsa :
• Main responsibility will be Identification of prospective Customers from local area, Sourcing & sustaining Customer Relationship, Cross Selling, Recovery Functions across Sirsa city..
• Achieve personal target, Segment focus, customer relationship and product sales
• Help drive team to be achieve Sirsa branch target by yearly and quarterly performance
• Actively reducing Non- funding, Sales Error and Increase the Premium Lead Sourcing from local market.
• All relevant internal and external lead to be completed prior to referring / selling wealth products.
• In the job requires generating referrals / cross-selling other products of the Sirsa branch, such as investments, insurance, mortgages, personal loans etc
Training Period : Training will be held 6 months on the job Training (on-roll) in the field of Commercial Vehicle Finance.
Eligibility Criteria Shriram Finance Careers :
• Should have completed their Qualifying Degree with Aggregate of 50%.
• Age should not be above 27 years.
• Familiar with local area of Sirsa,
• Good Communication skills, Presentation skill, team Coordination.
• Should have own vehicle, to communicate and meetings with existing and new customers.
• Good reference on Local Market Sirsa of for generate fresh leads
Selection Procedure :
• General Aptitude Test
• HR Interview
