Job Description
Team: Product Team for long term Infrastructure Finance for KMBL
Role would revolve around the following activities primarily
Business development and identification of long term lending opportunity in the various infrastructure sectors
Financial modelling and finalizing the structure
Negotiating and finalizing the term sheet with client
Preparation of presentations for internal discussions
Working with the business RM in obtaining internal credit approval
Assist the business RM in closing the documentation of the deal
Assist the business RM in disbursement of the debt facility sanctioned to client
Monitoring and post disbursement activities in the portfolio
