Job Title – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Functional Designation – Relationship Manager – Business Development
Education – Graduate in any stream
Experience – 3 to 5 years in relevant field

The Roles and Responsibilities of Relationship Manager RBL Bank – Premium Accounts Jobs Sankari in Salem
• To acquire high-end current account sales in Salem, Tamil Nadu, through open market lead generation and closure.
• Open 4 – 5 monthly accounts, of which two should be priority Currents Accounts (PCA) and Investment Priority Accounts (IPA) with a minimum balance of 3 lakhs.
• The accounts should maintain the Monthly Average Balance (MAB) of 4 Lakhs.
• Adherence to bank policies and guidelines, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), is important in this process.
• It is important to ensure the successful onboarding of customers for a smooth transition to the branch banking system.
• Customer activation is another fundamental feature.
• It is important to ensure that customers maintain the required balances and initiate transactions in their accounts within the specified time frames (M1 & Q1)
• The goal is to have 80% of customers maintain the specified Average Quarterly Balance (AQB), achieve 75% penetration of Internet banking, and attain 50% penetration of direct sales banking.
• In Order to achieve these targets, activities for lead generation in Salem, Tamil Nadu, will include cross-selling, essential inquiry, and liaising with the Branch Manager and product teams (RBL, trade, FX, CMS/ DSB, etc.) to offer the right business solutions to customers.
Candidate Eligibility of Relationship Manager RBL Bank – Premium Accounts Jobs Sankari
• The ideal candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• It is preferred that the candidate has an MBA degree and is qualified by IRDA for job opportunities in the banking sector in Sanakari, Salem, Tamil Nadu.
• The candidate needs to have 3-5 years of experience acquiring new accounts with a bank, particularly in the SME segment.
• The candidate should have a strong understanding of the commercial catchments and business segments for acquiring new accounts.
• Additionally, the candidate should be fluent in the local language of Tamil Nadu and should be a resident of Sanakari, Salem, Tamil Nadu, or from a nearby area.
Technical Skills
• proficient computer skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, word, and outlook).
Communication Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in the English language (both written and spoken).
