Relationship Manager- Home loans

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of affordable home loans and mortgage products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, sales fulfillment, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation through branding and marketing activities in catchment areas
• Meet with clients, advise, and showcase company products and benefits
• Sales fulfillment, pre- and post-sanction sales activities
• Update and upkeep marketing and sales collaterals
• Conduct promotional activities, group meetings, and presentations
• Front-end interaction, field travel, and customer interface
• Regular interaction with customers through meetings, site promotions, and presentations
• Attend to walk-ins and visit clients at their place
• Spearhead documentation and ensure fresh bounce collections

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in affordable home loans or mortgage loans
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong network and relationships with potential customers
