Job Title: Relationship Manager - Corporate Coverage
Department: Wholesale Banking
The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth within the boundaries of strict regulations and the bank's risk appetite, expanding the volume of trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless customer onboarding by adhering to exceptional customer service standards and processes, fostering deep relationships that position the bank as the client's preferred banking partner.
This role requires a thorough understanding of client needs, business characteristics, and sector nuances.
Determine customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs while aligning with the bank's policies.
The role holder is accountable for customer acquisition, due diligence, and recovery efforts.
Develop diversified revenue streams for wholesale banking and implement strategies to increase customer penetration and acquire high-quality clients.
Analyze client financial reports to identify early warning signs and prevent potential losses to the bank.
Leverage market intelligence to incorporate best practices.
Maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve critical business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to ensure maximum efficiency in internal processes.
Implement mechanisms to measure and monitor customer satisfaction, envisioning improvements to existing processes.
Ensure high-quality customer service and review customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and grow treasury business.
Educational Requirements:
Graduation: Any degree
Post-Graduation: Any postgraduate degree
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in relationship management
