Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance currently hiring for Relationship Manager in Ahmedabad Gujarat for Bancassurance department, consequently refer below description to get apply.
At all, We are looking someone who have 7-8 month of sales / marketing proven experience with graduation. We are not hiring freshers for this particular position so kindly avoid apply if you are so.
Position: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager – Banca Channel (Bank Sales Officer Jobs in Ahmedabad)
Location: nearby Ahmedabad city
Area of work: Sales & Marketing / Business Development
Description of work in BALIC:
• Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branched
• Responsible for branch Ahmedabad activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.
• Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads from Ahmedabad territory.
• Maintain discipline rigor of daily sales activities – DSR & LMS input.
• Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
• Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
Skill & Knowledge:
• Should be presentable with good communication skills.
• Should be good at relationship building/management.
• Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
• Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products.
• Local navigation skills of Ahmedabad city.
• Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.
