Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room
Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $2,100 to $2,240 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Start Date: ASAP
About the Position
Registered Nurse - OR
Location: Miami, Florida
Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM with rotating weekends and on-call requirements
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $2100-$2240 per week
Roles & Responsibilities
Scrub and circulate across all service lines including ortho, spine, joint replacement, ENT, urology, vascular, podiatry, thoracic, and plastic surgery
Provide comprehensive patient care through observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and proficient charting in Meditech EMR
Respond to on-call needs and support the unit during high-volume periods with dedication and reliability
Qualifications
Active RN license in Florida or compact license
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years current experience in acute OR setting
Strong ortho, spine, and joint replacement experience including knee and hip replacements
PALS, CNOR, and charge experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in scrubbing and circulating all major service lines
Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
Reliable, dedicated, and passionate about perioperative care
Comfortable with x-ray, EKG, lab coordination, and preoperative processes
Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,240.00 per week
