Registered Nurse (BANK)

Monitoring the cleanliness of the clinical setting daily and escalating any concerns to the Clinical Services Manager. Mentoring and supervising clinical staff and students where needed. Having an awareness of the waste management policies and processes as well as making sure that staff are aware of the correct waste disposal procedures and are adhering to the waste management policy. Monitoring stock levels, ordering and usage and escalate any concerns to the Clinical Services Manager.

Conducting audits, risk assessments and checklists as required by the Clinical Services Manager, reporting back to them with any positive or negative feedback. Supporting an open and honest culture, that is inclusive of all staff members. Keeping up to date with mandatory training. Support and facilitate staff to complete theirs. Read more
