• Evolving Region-specific Training Plan: You will be responsible for designing and implementing region-specific training plans tailored to the unique needs of each area.
• Recruitment, Induction, and Developmental Plan: Conduct knowledge tests during the recruitment process, onboard new hires effectively, and provide developmental programs to foster continuous growth.
• Area Manager Capability Building: Enhance the competency of Area Managers to drive team performance, improve domain knowledge and skill sets, and develop effective team management and coaching skills.
• Leveraging Digital Technology in Training Innovation: Embrace cutting-edge digital technologies to revolutionize training methods and make them more engaging and impactful.
• Collaborate with HO Training Team and Regional Stakeholders: Foster a collaborative approach by working closely with the Head Office Training Team and other regional stakeholders.
