Next Level Security Services are seeking to employ a Regional Security Officer to work at a number of retail outlets in the following areas of Edinburgh:GrantonLeithEaster RoadBroughtonand be part of our vastly growing team of experienced retail officers.SIA Licence is essentialThe position is a 0 hours contract, however hours can be unlimited. Shift pattern will be Monday - Sunday.A driving licence is advantageous but is not essential.You must demonstrate your previous security experience and have excellent communication skills with a willingness to be flexible.Uniform and site- specific training will be provided to the chosen candidate.Main Duties:Be approachable when welcoming clients and customersAlways provide a polite and excellent customer serviceProtect customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse, also deterring violence and public order offences.Respond to any on site incident or request for assistance and assume control until arrival of the Client, Emergency Services or Duty ManagerReporting to the Security Operations Manager, recording, reporting and escalating all incidents.Demonstrate an understanding of A S C O N EJob Type: Zero hours contractContract length: 12 monthsSalary: £10.42 per hourBenefits:Free parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:security: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:SIA (preferred)Work Location: One location
