Job Description
We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Cincinnus We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to accelerate our retail and distribution growth.
Minimum
Experience ✅ 5+ years in the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry . Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Expand retail coverage in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
• Drive primary & secondary sales while ensuring healthy inventory.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team.
• Ensure timely collections, credit control, and adherence to company sales policies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory development plans. If you have a proven track record in sales, distributor management, and market expansion, we'd love to hear from you.
