Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals to maximize revenue growth and market share.
Lead, motivate, and supervise regional sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and process improvements.
Manage profit & loss statements for the region by analyzing financial data, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for increased profitability.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the customer base.
Implement project management practices to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth within the region.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational processes and leading initiatives for process optimization and service excellence.
Requirements
Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a construction sales and/or operations environment.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business development initiatives that lead to measurable growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results across multiple locations.
Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial analysis and cost control.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
