Regional Lead - Corporate Recovery - Bank

Role Objective

To strengthen its Recovery vertical, the client is seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Corporate Debt Recovery and proven leadership capabilities to head the recovery team.

Role specs:

- Drive and implement recovery strategies for outstanding corporate debt portfolios.

- Track and analyze key recovery metrics including recovery rates, delinquency trends, and NPA levels.

- Liaise closely with corporate clients to resolve repayment issues, facilitate negotiations, and prevent account deterioration.

- Work in tandem with internal departments to ensure seamless recovery operations.

- Ensure all recovery actions align with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

- Supervise collection agencies and third-party vendors involved in the recovery process.

- Present regular updates and strategic insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor the recovery team, fostering skill enhancement and performance excellence.
