Exp:min 5 years.

Work from Office only.

Bulk hiring experience in Banking is must

Regional Human Resource

Location:Chennai.

· Experience in handling complete end-to-end recruitment process

· Sourcing, Shortlisting, candidates tracking and follow up, validating the profiles as per the hiring managers specifications

· Smart and Independent contributors

· Manage interactions with Hiring Managers or stakeholders for clarification

· Should be able to work independently on all critical open positions

· Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews

· Excellent in sourcing using Naukri, Linkedin etc

· Consistent performer and willing to work for huge Volume hires

· Should be able to work in a target-based environment

· Should be able to work on hiring drives
