The role will include managing approximately 1000 employees for Retail business (West Region) for the Bank. The role involves independent accountability for the set of employees mapped and travelling to all the Asset offices/ Branches. This is an individual contributory role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Understand the context of jobs and seamless execution of the HR initiatives for the region
2. Work closely with the Zonal HRBP colleague and HR COE to ensure consistent employee experience
3. As part of the team, will have responsibility to drive and measure impact of all centrally driven HR initiatives across the country
4. Lead the delivery of various HR products for different businesses through robust collaboration with leaders, COEs and internal stakeholders
5. Use HR Analytics as a critical tool to take decisions, influence leadership, design dashboards to measure HR effectiveness
6. Have a very good connect with regional employees and highlight any issues faced
7. Influence stakeholders impactfully to execute HR initiatives on the ground
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Practice and Drive collaboration will all internal and external stakeholders
