- The Regional Head of Branch Banking at the Bank is responsible for leading and managing the retail branch operations across a designated region.

- Monitor branch performance metrics, such as profitability, cost control, and productivity.

- Implement best practices and process improvements to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate requirements to branch staff.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to mitigate compliance risks.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, community organizations, and government entities.

- Represent of the Bank at external events and forums to promote the bank's brand and services.
