• Roll out all quarterly market development plans and field marketing programs smoothly across assigned areas.
• Provide on-ground teams with the tools, resources, and support needed to execute marketing activities successfully.
• Measure the impact of marketing actions and share useful findings with head office and category teams.
• Initiate corrective measures in exception territories and for underperforming products in line with head office direction.
• Track competitor moves and respond with counter-strategies, particularly in high-volume outlets.
• Collect and share market intelligence with zonal managers and head office teams to help refine strategy.
• Build engagement and drive conversion among large contractors, while helping create a long-term ecosystem around them.
• Support activation and participation of specialized contractors.

• Execute marketing plans for new products, products under launch, and young products.

Requirements
