The Regional Field Marketing Manager will lead cluster-level field marketing efforts, ensuring that marketing plans are executed effectively on the ground. The role focuses on improving end-user engagement, supporting sales teams, and turning market observations into practical actions that help grow the business.
Key responsibilities

This position covers field marketing delivery, market activation, customer conversion, and launch support across the region.
• Roll out all quarterly market development plans and field marketing programs smoothly across assigned areas.
• Provide on-ground teams with the tools, resources, and support needed to execute marketing activities successfully.
• Measure the impact of marketing actions and share useful findings with head office and category teams.
• Initiate corrective measures in exception territories and for underperforming products in line with head office direction.
• Track competitor moves and respond with counter-strategies, particularly in high-volume outlets.
• Collect and share market intelligence with zonal managers and head office teams to help refine strategy.
• Build engagement and drive conversion among large contractors, while helping create a long-term ecosystem around them.
• Support activation and participation of specialized contractors.
• Enable the team to improve conversions among architects and interior designers.
• Execute marketing plans for new products, products under launch, and young products.
• Support pre-launch planning, trade activations, and coordination with developers and external agencies.
• Work closely with category teams and agencies to review execution, monitor performance, and improve outcomes.
• Share post-launch observations and recommendations to strengthen future launch strategy.

• Provide post-launch inputs and recommendations to shape future strategy.

Requirements
• Ability to plan and execute field marketing programs across multiple territories.
• Strong coordination skills to work with sales teams, category teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Capability to observe market trends, evaluate competitor actions, and convert insights into action.
• Experience in managing customer engagement and conversion initiatives across contractor and design-influencer segments.
• Comfort with launch planning, trade activation, and on-ground marketing support.
• Analytical mindset to assess initiative performance and recommend improvements
