Qualifications
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITH IN THE REGION UP 25 WEEKS PER YEAR
5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales
Demonstrated ability to create grassroots marketing programs and build to scale
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills
Able to oversee budgets and develop reports
Ability to build and lead a team of field marketers
Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
Must hold a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using person vehicle
Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
Must be willing to travel to various markets throughout the country to train, work events, etc

Great Day Improvements - Regional Event Manager
THIS POSITION REQUIRES IN FIELD TRAINING (WALKING/STANDING)
As the Regional Events Manager, you will be responsible for leading efforts to meet or exceed company goals for profitable sales growth within a specified territory
Create, develop, and mange local partnerships, shows/events, and grassroots marketing efforts focused on lead generation to work in tandem with existing advertising strategies
Qualified candidate will be required to travel within this region up to 25 weeks per year
Working with the Sr
Marketing and Media Manager, Regional Managers and Regional Sales Managers, this position will develop, manage and coordinate all aspects of events and local engagement efforts for Great Day Improvements brands of Patio Enclosures and Stanek Windows across the Plains & Ohio Valley markets with the end goal of driving lead generation
Develop programs and structure for local marketing that can be replicated across all locations, including training programs for existing local staff and new hires
Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the management team
Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations with Patio and Stanek Sales Representatives
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Patio/Stanek has recently completed home-improvement projects
Hire, train and maintain team of field marketers across multiple locations
Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI
Manage and approve payroll entries and updates
Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement
Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team
Contribute content social media and company culture efforts
Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary

Great Day Improvements - Regional Event Manager

As the Regional Events Manager, you will be responsible for leading efforts to meet or exceed company goals for profitable sales growth within a specified territory. This role is for our PACIFIC NORTHWEST Region with branch offices in SEATTLE , TACOMA & PORTLAND. Qualified candidate will be required to travel within this region up to 25 weeks per year.

5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales

Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational skills

Able to oversee budgets and develop reports

Ability to build and lead a team of field marketers

Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

Must hold a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using person vehicle
