Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Review credit proposals (CAMs) submitted by the Credit Analyst team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal credit policies
• Provide timely guidance and feedback to credit analysts to improve quality and efficiency in credit assessment
• Ensure strict adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT) for proposal processing
• Validate alignment of credit proposals with bank/NBFC-defined processes, credit policy, and regulatory norms
• Identify deviations, risks, or gaps in credit memos and recommend appropriate mitigations
• Drive continuous improvement in credit appraisal processes and documentation standards
• Maintain quality benchmarks and support internal audit and credit risk review processes
• Collaborate with risk, operations, and business teams for smooth and compliant credit processing
