Job Description
Experience / Education –
• MBA, 15-18 years of B2B sales leadership experience including at least five years of leading a large (50+)team.
• Industry experience- Real Estate/ Media/BFSI
• Hands-on and people & thought leadership qualities are desired.
• Should have worked in the Western Indian states and should have a good understanding of the business environment of the states, particularly SME segments.
• Should be conversant with local languages.
• Should be open to relocation
Key Responsibilities-
As Business Head shall be the Profit Centre Head for the business in the assigned Region/Territory
Developing and operationalizing strategies for the region.
Leadership is the key to achieving top-line, bottom-line and other important business objectives – growth, market share, retention, team development etc.
The incumbent would be leading a team of over a hundred sales professionals
Would be leading the initiatives to identify the new business opportunities and spearhead pitching to deal closure process.
Would be continuously improving the learning of business dynamics of various present clients and prospective/targeted ones and developing a focused and business-linked solution selling propositions.
Establish and maintain strong professional relations with top management of various clients.
Regularly meet the clients and other stakeholders.
Market reviews, competitor analysis and management reporting.
Recruiting, mentoring, training and development of the team members that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
