Job Description
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the 360 Recruiter is part of the Data & Tech team. You will play a key role in recruitment, new client acquisitions, and strategically expanding the business unit's portfolio. As a recognized expert in IT recruitment, you will manage the entire process, from talent identification to their integration with clients. Your mastery of the sales cycle, including Request for Proposal (RFP) management, and your ability to detect and seize market opportunities, will transform your expertise into direct added value for our clients and Talan's growth.
Responsibilities Business Acumen & IT Recruitment
Understand client needs, define precise job profiles, and evaluate candidates' technical and behavioral skills in IT. Manage the complete selection process, from talent identification to their integration with clients. Business Development
Identify and target new potential clients, develop prospecting strategies, and establish solid relationships with prospects. Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans, and lead targeted prospecting campaigns. Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts, maximizing benefits for the company. Operational Excellence & Project Management
Prepare and submit detailed and convincing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain regular reports on prospecting activities, results achieved, and sales forecasts, with a methodical and structured approach. Qualifications Sectoral Experience: Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, with solid expertise in prospecting, client acquisition, and RFP management. Established Network: Significant network of contacts within Quebec companies across various industries. IT Technical Expertise: Proven ability to assess candidates' technical skills in various IT areas. Results Orientation: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales and business development objectives. Operational Excellence: Acute organizational skills, discipline, and a methodical approach to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Technological Proficiency: Mastery of technological tools and platforms specific to RFP management. Influence & Persuasion: Ability to influence stakeholders to foster collaboration and close deals. Communication: Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English.
