As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for:
· Supporting Recruiters in delivering innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract candidates both locally and internationally
· Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
· Support Recruiters in maintaining the recruitment systems (Workday and PhenomPeople) accurately and ensuring total data integrity
· Ensuring total compliance with recruiting/hiring policies and procedures
· Ensuring Diversity and Inclusive is at the forefront of recruitment practices
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
· Completed a degree and a minimum 12 months sourcing experience
· Proficient with the use of various external databases.
· Have working knowledge of the oilfield and energy technology sector.
· Ability to effectively conduct candidate telephone screens against requisition requirements and deliver a professional write up for email submission of candidates to recruiters.
· Be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
· Professional communication and self-presentation
· Well-developed organization skills with excellent attention to detail
· A flexible approach and high commitment to teamwork
