Responsibilities
• Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
Skills and Qualifications
• 17-22 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment metrics.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.
