Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
2. Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
3. Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
6. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
7. Work on live hiring requirements across multiple industries.
8. Learn modern recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
9. Collaborate with your reporting manager to successfully close hiring positions.
