• Experience Required: 1+ years in HR coordination, recruitment operations, or onboarding support
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and verify candidate documents both pre- and post-offer.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure timely communication.
• Ensure a smooth experience for candidates from offer rollout to joining.
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes as needed.
