About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Write and post job descriptions on portals
2. Source potential candidates on different platforms, like LinkedIn, etc.
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen candidates' resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
