Job Title: Recruiter – US Shift (IMS People Possible)

Location: Jaipur

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience: Freshers / BPO / KPO / Any Graduate eligible

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join as Recruiters for US staffing operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various US-based client requirements. Candidates from BPO/KPO backgrounds or freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
• Understand client requirements and match suitable profiles
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)
• Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Customer Service will be an added advantage
