If you have:
- ✔️ Proven experience in Pharma & Healthcare hiring
- ✔️ Expertise in sourcing and managing end-to-end recruitment
- ✔️ Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
- ✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ✔️ Prior RPO experience and hands-on experience with LinkedIn recruitment
