The ideal candidate will ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions, maintain drug inventory, and provide essential drug information to patients and healthcare professionals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications, including Excel.
As the Pharmacy Incharge at Deepam Hospital, you will be responsible for processing billing for inpatients and outpatients, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring proper storage and record-keeping of medications. You will also play a key role in monitoring patient profiles, managing drug cost-effectiveness, and implementing inventory control systems. The position requires adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and a commitment to disaster management protocols.
Responsibilities:
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly to patients at Deepam Hospital.
• Process billing for distributed items for both inpatients and outpatients.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide detailed drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain proper storage and record-keeping of all medications and medical supplies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest drug information and medical supplies.
• Review and monitor patient profiles, drug cost-effectiveness, and necessary interventions.
• Manage inventory control, including stock monitoring, introduction of new items, and removal of expired or non-moving stock.
• Adhere to grooming standards, punctuality, and company policies and practices.
• Understand and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) at Deepam Hospital.
Requirements:
• B.Pharma or D.Pharma certificate is mandatory; should be available for endorsement by ADC.
• Age between 21-35 years.
• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills and Excel formats.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
