Recruiter – Factory Hiring (Garment Industry)

Role Summary
This position is a full-time remote opportunity for a recruiter focused on factory hiring in the garment sector. The role covers the full recruitment cycle for plant-based positions, from finding candidates and reviewing applications to interviews and final selection coordination.
Key Accountabilities
• Handle complete hiring workflows for factory roles within the garment industry.
• Work closely with hiring managers and factory leaders to understand staffing needs, role profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Convert manpower plans into practical sourcing and recruitment approaches.
• Source candidates actively through job portals, social media, local agencies, and community channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for operators, supervisors, and quality and production roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support the selection process end to end.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate should bring prior experience in full-cycle recruitment for factory hiring, particularly in garment, textile, or manufacturing settings. The role also requires comfort in a remote, digitally enabled work environment and the ability to manage multiple hiring demands at the same time.
Additional Requirements
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening blue-collar or shop-floor talent using portals, social networks, databases, and local contacts.
• Capability to manage high-volume hiring while meeting deadlines and target numbers.
• Working knowledge of basic labor laws, compliance practices, and factory hiring documentation.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination skills for collaboration with HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and video meeting tools.
• High attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to prepare recruitment reports.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of local and regional languages relevant to factory locations is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with garment production processes and related job functions is beneficial.
