WE ARE HIRING and looking for an influential and highly motivated Recruiter with minimum 2 years trucking transport experience to join our growing team TODAY.

This role will lead full-cycle recruitment across the business, by building strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates, work in collaboration with the Safety department with the aim to grow a multi division organization. This is a cross-functional role, offering the opportunity to build recruitment strategies and hire top talent across all business units with the ability to deliver results at a high volume. You will be an expert in building relationships and comfortable being on the phone throughout the day.

What you bring:

2 years minimum experience as a recruiter in the trucking transport industry, (ideally high-volume recruitment)
Post secondary education in HR, Business, Office Administration or related is considered an asset.
Attention to detail combined with the creativity and adaptability to work in a heavily regulated industry
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be highly organized in a fast-paced environment working to deadlines
Experience with an applicant tracking system(s)
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook)
