Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
• Utilizing your extensive network and resources to identify potential candidates for contractual job openings.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening, evaluating their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the contractual positions.
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement and Assessment:
• Conducting initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability for contractual roles.
• Building strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive recruitment experience.
• Ensuring candidates are fully informed about the job requirements, responsibilities, and contractual terms.
Collaborative Hiring Process:
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their contractual hiring needs.
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback.
• Facilitating communication and negotiations between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Market Research and Insights:
• Staying updated with industry trends, market conditions, and talent availability.
• Providing insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate quality.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on contractual hiring.
• Strong network and connections within the industry, enabling effective candidate sourcing.
• Excellent understanding of the contractual job market, including different industries and job functions.
• Proficiency in candidate screening, assessment, and interviewing techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Reporting and documentation skills to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
