In this position, you will provide strategic oversight of Real Estate & Development Services (RE&DS) information assets. You will develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with legislative and corporate records requirements. You will coordinate the organization's access and privacy program by collaborating with partners to establish and enforce business unit standards and best practices. You will lead initiatives that enhance program maturity, providing support for issues management, risk mitigation, and privacy breach protocols. Primary duties include:
Gather requirements from partners, analyze business workflows to identify duplication and redundancy, and design and standardize new processes.
Develop and implement information governance strategies to ensure the security, compliance, and accessibility of information assets.
Provide advisory services and training to leadership and staff.
Prepare project plans and timelines. Delegate project tasks to team members. Monitor project milestones to ensure deadlines and regulatory standards are met.
