Education- Graduate in Commerce
Looking for a dynamic Record to Report (R2R) professional with strong accounting expertise to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in balance sheet accounting, fixed assets, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
-Perform (R2R) activities
-Prepare and analyze balance sheet accounts and related schedules
-Manage including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
-Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
-Handle reconciliations, and confirmations
-Support month-end and year-end close activities
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
-Coordinate with onshore/offshore stakeholders and respond to audit queries
&
3-6 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Accounting
Strong knowledge of balance sheet accounting, fixed assets, and reconciliations
Experience in intercompany accounting
Working knowledge of ERP tools (SAP / Oracle / other ERP systems) Good to have
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Education
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) Mandatory
