Receptionist/Customer Support
Job Description
This role will coordinate with the Director of Quality and will report to the VP of Operations.
Essential Functions:
• Assist onsite guests
• Assist executives, the quality department, & the outlet store as necessary
• Answer telephones & direct caller to appropriate associate; Transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
• Greet & direct visitors to the company, assigning each one a visitor’s badge upon entering the building
• Take & retrieve messages for various personnel
• Provide caller with information such as company address, directions to the company’s location, company fax numbers, company website, & other related information
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing & collating
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution
• Provide timely & accurate information to incoming customer order status & product knowledge requests
• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies & procedures
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Help increase brand awareness through utilization of social media.
• Keep work area clean & uncluttered
• Report all safety concerns to Director immediately
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Program knowledge):
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
• Ability to type 60+ WPM
• Previous experience in customer service and office administration
Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):
• Associates degree
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a pre-employment drug test.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8 – 5 pm).

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers and filing cabinets.
