Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Office cum Admin Executive to handle front desk operations, provide administrative support, and manage basic MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, organized, and proficient in MS Excel with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors; manage calls and emails
Maintain visitor logs and reception area
Manage courier dispatches, office supplies, and stationery
Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and reimbursements
Update records and prepare basic admin/MIS reports
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Good communication skills, well-organized, and presentable
