Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to lift and carry office supplies and beverage cases as needed for conference room setup and stocking
Prior law firm or professional services experience
Experience coordinating meeting schedules and conference room reservations
Familiarity with office equipment, including multi-function copiers

Responsibilities
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff and plays an essential role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment
The Receptionist will work closely with attorneys and staff while managing front desk responsibilities and assisting with conference room coordination for depositions, mediations, and meetings
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors while providing outstanding customer service
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Prepare conference rooms before depositions, mediations, and meetings, ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Clean and reset conference rooms following depositions, mediations, and meetings
Coordinate and post conference room schedules for meetings, depositions, and mediations
Set up conference rooms with requested materials, beverages, and supplies
Assist with general administrative and office support duties as needed
