About us:
We are proud to be Harley-Davidson dealers. Harley Heaven is one of the largest Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Australia. We have been Harley-Davidson dealers for over 40 years and have Harley-Davidson dealerships in Adelaide, Dandenong, Melbourne, Ringwood, Sydney, and Western Sydney.
The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent receptionist to work cohesively with our team.
The Receptionist role includes but is not limited to providing excellent customer service and monitoring the reception area, including, incoming phone calls, internet and email enquiries, customer follow-up, daily banking, Vehicle Registrations, petty cash, data entry and general office duties.
You will be organised, have attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills, and a positive work ethic. Experience in Outlook, Word & Excel is required.
Monday to Friday +:00 am - 5:30 pm (one day off during the week)
Saturday - +:00 am - 4:00 pm (every Saturday is a must)
Previous experience in an Automotive reception role, ideally in a medium-sized automotive or motorcycle environment would be an advantage.
Once you are successful:
To assist you achieve the agreed team goals you and your team will have the daily support of your Dealer Principal and the ongoing support of our groups, Dealerships Manager, Business Development managers, and our senior management team.
