We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and marketing leads.
• Attend inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Qualify leads and identify potential buyers based on their requirements and budget.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS.
• Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM software.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion activities.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely lead management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.
