We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage and guide our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership experience, and a proven track record of meeting targets. This role requires exceptional communication, team management, and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team; ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
• Guide the team in identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business development.
Preferred Qualification
• 4+ years of experience in real estate sales; 2+ years in a leadership/team management role.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales team and meet targets under pressure.
