π Location: Thane (Handling Central Mumbai Market β Mulund, Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Powai & Ghatkopar)

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and drive a high-performing real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers.
Drive sales performance and achieve team sales targets.
Handle client meetings, site visits, and sales closures.
Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching.
Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
Requirements:
2β5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Minimum 1β2 years of team handling experience.
Strong knowledge of the Central Mumbai market (Mulund, Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Powai & Ghatkopar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
