Whether you are a fresher looking for a promising start or a professional with prior experience, we welcome you to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesActively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase our projects.Conducted site visits for prospective customers and explained project details.Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.Negotiate and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.Collaborate with marketing and other teams for lead generation and promotional activities.Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Bachelors degree in any discipline.Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1-3 years of sales experience are welcome.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.Self-motivated and target-driven.Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory).Languages: Fluency in English and Telugu (mandatory).Additional RequirementTo help us understand your enthusiasm and suitability for the role, please submit a 1-2 minute video presentation of yourself along with your resume.
